The game master will meet you 5 minutes before the start at our shop at Predigerplatz 22, 8001 Zurich – a short walk from Central. The game does not end where it starts, but at a surprise location around 200 metres away.

The mission: uncover Einstein's last secret

Albert Einstein studied, lived and researched in Zurich – and left behind a secret that no one has uncovered to this day. You receive his suitcase: it holds old documents, clues and notes that lead you to the places you are looking for in the city. Use the iPad to check your hunches on site – because the time-travel compass only calibrates at the right spot and unlocks the next stage.

The Last Secret is very different from our other outdoor escape games: instead of following a set route, you have to work out the locations yourselves. Picture, sound and text puzzles call for clever thinking, teamwork and good knowledge of Zurich. The game is challenging but doable – and in the end, only one team can open the secret treasure chest and solve the mystery of Albert Einstein.

Who is The Last Secret for? Adults aged 16 and over: Zurich locals, expats and anyone who wants to rediscover their city – and small corporate teams looking for a real challenge. The game is less suitable for tourists who don’t know the city; for them, we recommend Operation Mindfall or Blackout.

In The Last Secret, there is no set route. You find the locations yourselves – with the help of the documents in Einstein’s suitcase. Only when you are standing at the right spot does the time-travel compass on the iPad calibrate and unlock the next task.

Yes, local knowledge is a clear advantage. If you know Zurich, you will find the locations faster. For tourists who don’t know the city, we recommend Operation Mindfall or Blackout.

The Last Secret is one of our most challenging games, even though it has the fewest missions. Time flies. It calls for clever thinking, teamwork and a good feel for the city. Ideal for teams looking for a real challenge.

The Last Secret is a game for adults and young people aged 16 and over. We do not recommend it for children. For families, The Magic Portal and the treasure hunt Treasure Hunters are a better fit – both designed especially for children.
